I don't know about your realtor, but mine not only took care of any needs, questions, was prompt, was all about her customers, PLUS she brought us tacos for dinner when we had an empty house. Kristen is your gal if you don't want to be pushed into something your not ready for and when the time if right for you, she is your pick. Kristen was so easy to work with, she gave us advice on what we could do with our house and yard to make it more attractive to a buyer, just little things but good ideas. After the house sold (in 5 days, thank you very much Kristen) when the buyers inspector wanted some little things done, Kristen took care of hiring a plumber and handyman. Kristen was wonderful to work with.  My husband has some serious health issues,  so we were assured this process of selling our home would be as smooth as possible.
Kristen was true to her word...she had professionals at hand to manage the updates on our property to ensure the best price.  She was always available either by text or phone, and I never felt like I was needing too much hand holding.  The process went as pain-free as possible...and we got a great price for our home, (which sold in 5 days!).  I can't say enough good things about working with Kristen.   I'm so grateful for the easy transition.

We were referred to Kristen by a realtor friend and could not have been happier with her services. It was our first time buying a home and she was very patient and informative during this learning process. She went above and beyond to help us with inspections, repairs, etc. as we were not local to the area and could not be there in person to communicate with vendors or attend appointments. If I had to describe Kristen with one word HONEST. If you are looking for that realtor you can trust and depend on that's Kristen. She looks out for her clients and when looking at homes with her she finds the little things that need correcting. Kristen trustworthiness is whay you want in a realtor. Kristen is great! My family and I were living in Washington State when I got a job that brought us to California. Kristen did a fantastic job, doing virtual walk throughs of several houses before we put in a couple bids and ultimately got the house we are in.
